Trayser....why are you such a stud?! And why don't you write me anymore about girls? Also...did you get my package??
Mom, those pictures look so good! It looks like you guys made an amazing prom!
Congratulations to Macie!!
Things this week are going great! Sorella Kippen and I get a long pretty well! We are a little different from each other, but it is okay! We are doing good!
My beautiful companion! Everyone's first reaction in church "ANOTHER blonde!?"
Do you see all of my wrinkles?! I'M OLD! "bird feet" (that one is for sorella bradford :)
Monday we went to Villa Borghese again and rode bikes! This time Sorella Kippen got a seguay? Those things that you stand on....you know? And of course I loved it! So relaxing.

We did an FHE with Jessi and another peruvian member! So fun! And peruvian food is soooo good!
Tuesday we had DDM as a new district.....it will be a very....interesting transfer. #gottalovethose18yearolddistrictleaders
We went and saw two of our old investigators that aren't making much progress. They are still...not making much progress, but gotta love em anyways!
Wednesday we went and saw a less active, Sorella R. She's great! And I also found this really awesome girl named D.! She is actually from PALERMO! And she lives right by the church. And when I told her who we were she told me that she was just researching us a few months ago and would love to learn more! Oh ya! Thank you Heavenly Father!
Then we did a lesson with a lady that we found in the area book :)
On Thursday we spent some time preparing English Course and then we did a less active scavenger hunt! Fun!
Friday we went and saw another less active (our weekly zone challenge this week was to focus on strengthening the members). And then we spent a few hours trying to find a library. I thought that it was by a metro stop nearby, so we got to the stop and asked people around where we could find the library and they all just gave us that face "ohhhhh รจ un po lontano" It's kinda far away. Oh well! It gave us an excuse to stop someone every block and ask where the library was! We actually found a lady who wants us to come and read English books and sing songs to little children. Butttttt...the white handbook says that we aren't allowed to do service at schools. Dang it!
Piazza Bologna
Once we got to the library we found the cutest library I've ever seen! Even though it was in the middle of Rome, it seemed like you were in the middle of the forest! It was in this cute little old Italian villa. And there were park benches all around and there was a man practicing his saxophone. So cool! Then we walked in and there was a big grand piano in the middle of all of these book shelves. Loved it! And best of all when we asked the librarians if we could leave some English Course bigliettini she told us that she remembers when she was a little girl and the Anziani came to their house and taught them! She had this beautiful light in her eyes. But when we asked if she would like to meet again she said that she likes the church that she is in. :( Maybe she will come to English Course!
Beautiful Italy!
Saturday we did weekly planning. And there was a baptism from the Rome 6 Anziani. Always beautiful :)
Sunday.... so we have been teaching this little 9 year old boy and his name is C.! And he got his baptismal interview on Sunday and he will be baptized this Thursday! He is seriously so cute! His mom is less active and every night before they go to bed, he makes them read the Book of Mormon together! So cute! Then we went and saw 2 other members. The bishop actually lives right by the temple and as we were looking at the temple from the bus stop we noticed that....there was a porta poddy on top of the temple! Mamma Mia!
I am sorry my email is boring this week! I am not very fun!
But....during my personal studies this week I finally understood! I think I finally understand repentance!! I have been kind of stressing over it for a few weeks, because I never really understood how to repent for the little things, so I have been trying to figure it out. And then I started studying in the Book of Mormon chapters about Justice and Mercy. And I learned that Mercy from the Lord ONLY comes through repentance. So that gave me an even bigger motivation to figure out this repentance thing! And so I turned to Preach My Gospel and it said "Repentance is changing our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that are not in harmony with God's will" CHANGE. Any.type.of change to become a better person is Repentance. Maybe it is realizing that you have a bad habit. Or maybe it is realizing that you are doing something for the wrong reason. But whatever it is, when you recognize it and then use the strengthening power of the Atonement to overcome that....it is called Repentance.
So....now I feel better about it. I have done a good share of changing so far....and I definitely have a whole lot more to do! But now I understand more fully what it is. So you are probably thinking. Sorella Wiltbank, you went on a mission and you didn't understand repentance. I know, I am sorry! I know it is so simple, but it finally just clicked!
Well that's all for this week! I love you guys! Have a good week!
Sorella Wiltbank
